Delivery and return conditions
Our website sarrafaltin.com is an e-export website and only sells abroad.
Every product you purchase is under warranty by the manufacturer.
Therefore, returns cannot be accepted.
Open and check any packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received the product from. If there is any damage to the product, report it to the cargo company and do not accept the product. Please remember that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
Returns of opened, used, destroyed etc. products are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered and to compensate for any loss of commercial value of the product resulting from use.
If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the exchange, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us.
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned or refunded.
For any malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be consulted.
Shipping costs for products returned in accordance with the above conditions will be paid by the customer.
Money order refunds will be made within 10 business days. After the "Cancelled" warning appears on your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the money transfer to.
By placing an order and making payment, you are deemed to have accepted the above terms.
